Before a challenge

Use the guardian or school dashboard to check consent, registration, device readiness, practice progress, or the scheduled session. Do not share a student’s access with another person.

During a challenge

Use the visible save status and raise a technical incident with the proctor or operations team. The system records start, save, reconnect, and submit events so an answer is never changed silently.

After a challenge

Guardians can request support for incidents, data, corrections, refunds, or an appeal through the controlled support workflow. A live service must verify the requester before action.
