CLCC works with a small number of approved organizations. School staff use English as the operational default; family-facing material remains available in English and reviewed Simplified Chinese.

Privacy-protected reporting
Teachers view only authorized learners. School leaders receive aggregate participation and completion information; small cohorts suppress sensitive distributions. There are no public school rankings.
